Option 1 - Weekday support plan
We offer a weekday day support plan which includes a dedicated developer who is on call for your business at any time during a weekday.

How does it work?
Starting a support plan is easy.
You pay for the plan upfront, at the beginning of a new month. We then actively monitor the health of your site to ensure it is available and operating as expected. You are under no obligation to continue and can cancel at any time.
We provide a health report each month, along with suggestions and advice on next steps.
We communicate directly with your technical contact to obtain everything we need or manage the entire thing for you.
How is that achieved?
We use a combination of tooling and external monitoring, along with our own custom built tests to ensure the key areas of your business are functioning as expected.
With over 25 years building reliable and robust software solutions, we know how to fault find, fix and mitigate risk to your business.
What if I don’t have any issues during the month?
We structure the plan deliberately, starting with a full day of cover, to enable us to deliver value to you on top of reacting to issues that may arise.
A day of support equals 7 hours of dedicated developer time. In the event of an issue, you have pre-arranged an on call developer/analyst to react, diagnose and fix your problem, responding within the hour, depending on the plan you choose.
We go beyond that to offer value for money and benefit you as a business by providing half of that one day back as analysis and process development time. In this way you are rewarded for your unused capacity.
What if it takes more than 7 hours to fix my issue or we have multiple issues during a month which takes us over 7 hours support? If more than 7 dedicated hours are required, which is very uncommon, then you would move over to an hourly rate, pre agreed with yourselves. Of course, in such a scenario, you would be fully aware of why this was required.
If no issues arise by the end of a month, you have effectively banked half a day of developer time. That time will be used to make improvements to the monitoring, security, performance, testing and resiliency of your site.
You are rewarded for your unused capacity.
In many respects, this is a win win scenario as you are not only ensuring the robustness of your products, services and business but also enhancing your understanding and insights into what improvements need to be made and how best to achieve them, all at no extra cost.
